CNC Multi-Purpose Tool Profile Grinder CH-CM0301 (CMPG)
This machine has an automatic loading and unloading capability for workpieces to improve efficiency and can support high volume production.
This profile grinder can automatically load blanks into the collet with precision. The workpiece’s concentricity is adjustable.
The pneumatics used on the machine is from Germany no. 1 brand Festo, with the best after service and long term life time.
Gripper load come with a secondary grip function for longer tools to make sure the bar seats into the stopper end.
Stiff Precision Spindles
The workpiece spindles are precision built and designed for high stiffness to reduce vibrations and with high dynamic performance. The grinding wheel spindles are also designed and built with maximum stiffness to provide the most consistent surface profile grinding.
Front End Detection Probe
The front end detection probe can accurately sense work piece face to ensure the flute lengths are all the same on each workpiece.
Special design of this rubber touch head also can prevent damaging collisions of a finished fluted tool on the same time.
If off front end detection function , stopper can use to be back end position .
Perfectly match with in –side built facing program.
Precision V Block & Pressure Finger
The precision V block and up pressure finger apparatus combines with program.
Clamp first then collet cylinder work to keep the blank in excellent geometry in relation to the grinding wheel for superb accuracy.
Profile Grinding Wheels
The CM0301 profile grinder can perform rough and finish plunge grinding in a single clamping of tool blank. Max can use three wheels.
Complex shape can be handled in a single clamping.
Spacious Machine Bay
The ergonomic and well designed machine bay has ample room for processing a high volume of blanks with this machine. The blanks and finished workpieces pallet is large enough to support high throughput for increased profits and order demand.
Grinding of 8 Surface in 1 Clamping
A maximum of 8 surfaces can be handled in a single clamping.It can perform the following operations: plunge, arc, inside R angle , outside R angle , chamfering , facing , taper …etc . The radial abrasion of the wheels can be compensated as well through program.
Touchscreen Control Panel
The profile grinding parameters can be set with an easy to use touchscreen graphical interface. One can select from automatic or manual operations with a full range of programming capabilities for all your grinding needs. Since the interface is an Industrial computer, the operator also can download or save program from the screen directly.
After grinding and processing, the workpieces can be returned to the finished workpiece pallet.
Tool Support Cylinder (Option 1)
The pressure finger applies force at the unclamped end to support the tool and resist the side lateral forces and keeps the precision of finished tools during the grinding cycle.
Dressing Axis (Option 2)
The dressing wheel combined with the compensation program can automatically dress the grinding wheels such as plane, back bevel or front bevel. On-line dressing can keep the balance of the wheels and it is critical for tool accuracy.
Marposs Auto Sizing System (Option 3)
Choose the in process sizing system, the equipment will clamp the tool in to grind until the size is achieved. Combined with program it can automatically control each workpieces OD range to be under 2 um.
Reversing Structure (Option 4)
With this function the blanks can be processed, then rotated end to end to make special double end tools.
CADCAM Program Intergrated (Option 5)
Except standard program, you can choose the optional Mastercam Program to design special tool shapes and directly input into the machine for profile grinding. Also the operator can write G-M Code to run special wheel routes.
