Touchscreen Control Panel

This machine has an automatic loading capability for workpieces for improved efficiency and high volume production.
Front End Detection Probe
The front end detection probe can accurately sense a workpiece is in position. This provides accuracy for end chamfering.
Blank Rod Loading Stopper
This loading stopper can keep the rod in place while the previous rod has been loaded.
As seen in this view the loading tray is visible and the bar end pusher is placing the rod in place.
Blank Rod Pusher
This device can be adjusted for different length rods blanks and it can precisely place the blanks for chamfering.
Rod Hold Down Wheel
This wheel will clamp down and rotate with the rod as it is being processed by the grinding wheel. This will hold the rod in place for accurate and efficient chamfering.
Double Roller Design
This double roller design will rotate the rod precisely for the end to be chamfered cleanly with accuracy. This reliable design boosts efficiency and is robust.
Adjustable Rod Pusher
The rod pusher can be easily adjusted for different length blanks. The speed of pushing can also be adjusted via the motor controller.
Rod Pusher Motor Controller
This unit will allow the operator to adjust the speed of the pusher motor.
Adjustable Chamfer Grinding Head
The grinding head may be adjusted from 90-135 degrees. It is easy to adjust and can be done quickly and includes and easy to read index.
Finished Parts Conveyor
Once the chamfering is completed the finished rod will roll on to the conveyor where it is then transferred to the collection bin.
Parts Collection Bin
The finished parts are transferred via the conveyor belt and roll in to the collection bin for the operator to take for further processing.
